What this site collects.
Your name, your email, and depending on the form, your company, your role, and whatever you write about your work. Nothing else.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track you across pages or across the web, and there is no advertising pixel here. If any of that changes, this page changes first.
Where it goes.
When you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile confirms you are not a bot, then your submission reaches the founders and is recorded in systems we run ourselves so we can follow up. It is not shared with anyone else for their own use.
Your email and your answers are stored so we can score your baseline, show your results at your private link, let you retake later, and prepare the conversation that follows. They are also emailed to the team. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
This site and its AIQ database are hosted on Cloudflare, and we use third-party infrastructure to host the site and deliver email; those providers process this information under their own terms as well as ours. Our contact records are kept in a system we operate ourselves.
What we use it for.
To reply to you, and to prepare for and follow up on the call, assessment, or session you asked about. That is the whole list.
We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Workshops and engagements.
Live sessions may be recorded and transcribed, which can include your audio, video, chat, and anything you show on screen. We tell you before a session is recorded. You can ask us not to record you, or to delete a recording afterward, and we will.
During an engagement you may give us documents, examples, and context so we can do the work. They stay yours. We use them for your work and to improve how we teach, and we delete them on request.
AI providers.
Doing this work means putting material through third-party AI providers. We send only what the task needs.
Before an engagement we agree with you what may be sent and what stays out, and we keep to it.
